If you bought as a consumer, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Enter your details below and confirm. We will send an acknowledgement of receipt to your email. Personalised and engraved items are exempt from the right of withdrawal. If your order contains both, you can still withdraw the non-personalised items.
