You will get an email with a tracking link. For EU orders, the same number usually works with your local courier once the parcel reaches your country. That is where the detailed scans appear.

Uncoated bottles are 100% free from plastic. The outer coating contains 0.2% resin to bind colour, actively being refined toward zero.

We do not recommend carbonated drinks in our bottles. Carbonation can create pressure, and pressure levels vary a lot between drinks and handling. For the same reason, never shake hot liquids in a closed bottle. Heat builds pressure that can force it open or cause burns. Let hot drinks cool before you seal and shake.

Yes. Split the bottle and put it in. A 45-55°C cycle works best, 70°C maximum. Take the leather strap off the Loop Cap first.

The base seal does. It lifts off its ledge, washes, and sets back on the ledge before you thread the body on. The cap seal stays put. It sits tightly in its groove, and prying it out risks damaging it. It cleans in place.

Leave the seal in place. Prying it out risks damaging it, and it cleans perfectly well where it sits. Pour a little 3% hydrogen peroxide into the cap and leave it about 15 minutes. The fizzing lifts residue from behind the seal where a brush cannot reach. Wipe, rinse, and dry the cap fully before closing. Keep peroxide off the coloured exterior, and never mix it with vinegar.

Dry every part fully before putting the bottle back together, and store it with the cap off between uses. A seal closed away damp is where mould takes hold. If a seal does get marked or mouldy, a 15-minute soak in 3% hydrogen peroxide clears and sanitises it. A stain that has set for a while may need a second soak.
