What if my bottle leaks?

Leaks are rare – and usually easy to fix.

Start by identifying where the leak occurs.

If the leak is at the base

Water can sometimes get caught between the base and the body during filling. A firm shake when fully sealed often clears trapped liquid.

If leaking continues beyond that:

Step 1: Unscrew the base, remove the silicone seal.
Step 2: Rinse the seal and gently stretch it.
Step 3: Reinsert the seal securely and reassemble.

If the leak is at the top (cap)

Ensure the cap is screwed on straight and tight.
Rinse under water to remove dust, grit, or oils that could affect the seal.
Inspect the cap and neck for dents or damage – especially if the bottle has been dropped.

If you’re using an inner (Fuse/Shake/Brew)

Inspect the rim of the inner for warping, dents, or damage.
Try removing the inner and test the bottle again. If the leak stops, the inner may need replacing.
